About Me

With over 30 years of experience as a clinical social worker, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals and couples navigate life's challenges and strengthen their relationships.

My Approach

I believe deeply in the power of curiosity and self-reflection as catalysts for meaningful change. Through my psychoanalytic training and extensive clinical experience, I've witnessed how developing greater awareness about our personal histories creates pathways to healing. Understanding how past experiences shape our present relationships and behaviors allows us to make conscious choices rather than repeating unconscious patterns.

The therapeutic relationship provides a unique space to explore these patterns with compassion and insight. As your therapist, I will help illuminate connections between past and present, creating opportunities to decrease pain in both personal life and relationships.
